Rates

General Notes: 

  • Add 5% GST (federal tax) to all rates listed below.
  • CampSpot per site Reservations fee of $4 for a one day booking or $6 for multiple day bookings.
  • Card Transaction fee 3.5%. This fee is waived for cash or e-transfer payments.
  • Electricity/Security deposit is required for all power metered sites. Fee varies based on time of year and length of stay.
  • Terms, conditions and general information can be found on our FAQ page.
  • Reservations are recommended for full length of stay for months April 1 through to Dec 15.
  • Contact our office to arrange long term reservations with monthly payments.

STORAGE RATES: (RV’s/ Boats/ Utility Trailers)

Short term Storage    (Gravel lot)                                    $10.00 per day

Extended term storage site (min 4-month booking)      $40.00/month

Yearly storage site (12 month bookings)                         $440.00/yr

Storage Notes:

  • Parking is on Grass (regularly cut to lawn length) other than short term storage parking which is a gravel base.
  • Snow plowing is extra if you require access during winter months.
  • A $100 security deposit is charged to each booking which is refunded less amount owing when you check out.
  • All reservations are firm and non refundable with early departure.
