Our online booking provider charges $4- $6 per site reservation to use there platform, this fee is added to the fees listed below.

Electricity : 12.79 cents per KwH plus provider transmission and distribution fees at 15.21/KwH.
Daily summer electricity consumption varies by user, averages between 9-12 KwH per day
Visitor/Picnic Day Pass--$10/ Person or , $25/ Family Valid 10 AM to 10 PM
Rates are based on a max of two adults and there children under 18 years of age.
Traveling with Large Student Groups or Horses- Call us for a quote.
For ONLINE Bookings consider the following
Small to mid size units (up to 32 ft RV”S) that wish to back-in park without unhooking consider the following sites could work for you. Sites 29 -32, 37-41.
Back-in sites for up to 40 ft RV’s who wish to stay connected Site 30-32 is your best options or our drive through sites
When making your selection for our drive through sites only include your RV length (NOT your RV plus tow or trailing vehicle) when filling out the RV length in our booking system. Our system is set for RV length to guide you to available sites.
Drive through sites (we now have 6 sites available of this type) For success when choosing this option, we have included some site information below to aid your selection. Remember to only put your RV length in the information when booking on line.
Sites DT-1 and DT-2 can handle any size unit including trailing or tow vehicle.
Sites 25-28 are all approximately 60 ft long and can handle 40 ft units for back in or if drive through we have reduced the length as our drive-in access has a tighter turning radius. Note a Motor home has a tighter turning radius than a truck pulling a RV.
Recommended max sizes for the following drive through sites
Site 25- Up to 36 ft motor home or 30 ft pull type RV
Site 26- Up to 34 ft motor home or 28 ft pull type RV
Site 27- Up to 32 ft motor home or 28 ft pull type RV
Site 28- Up to 30 ft motor home or 26 ft pull type RV

Storage Rates: Call ahead for a drop off appointment at 780-875-4663, rates are based on a calendar month
RV or Trailer rated at 28 foot or less -- $35/mo min 4 month term, 12th month free
RV rated over 28 foot, Vehicles or Motor Homes -- $40/mo min 4 month term, 12th month free
Second unit under 28 foot (i.e Boat or utility trailer) -- $25/mo, 12th month free
Sea Container Lot -- $40/mo min 6 month term, 12th month free
Short Term Storage -- Call for pricing
Storage Security deposit $100.00 will be applied at time of booking, refundable at checkout less fees owing.
Late payment fee of $1.00 per day with min $15 will be charged on all overdue or expired accounts.
